Here we are, back with another topic!
Commonly known as DEI its been in practice in HRM world for some time now but still evolving adding so much value.
Companies are making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
(DEI) a key part of their workplace strategies. They want employees from
different backgrounds to feel respected and included. Diverse teams bring new
ideas, which help businesses make better decisions and be more creative. To
support DEI, HR teams are using bias training, fair hiring, and inclusive
policies. These efforts improve workplace culture, boost the company’s
reputation, and make it more competitive.

The World Economic Forum’s DEI Lighthouse Programme is a yearly project that highlights successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives from companies worldwide. Its goal is to promote real, effective actions to reduce economic inequalities. By sharing best practices, the program helps leaders focus on what works and build stronger, more inclusive economies.
The 2024 report, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lighthouses, provides key lessons for businesses and governments.
