Today let us look into another trending topic of our field. Even though its been a few years since Hybrid w
orking was introduced in large scale and capacity into the industry, it has grown as a key component which impacts the organizational success in the long run.


In simple terms, Hybrid Working is a combination of work-in-office and work-from-home. Home could be any place appropriate for the employee and the requirement of the task. This blended method adds flexibility for the employees to choose the best form of work while enabling them to have a balance.


According to Stanford report by Krysten Crawford, "In the largest study yet of working-from-home professionals, Stanford economist Nicholas Bloom reveals that employees who work from home two days a week are just as productive, likely to get promoted, and far less prone to quit."
